About Us

The Team:

 

   Todd was born into in the construction industry and has lived it all his life. His Father, Earl D Bennett, was a major developer and builder in the Midland area starting in 1957. Bennett Construction proved influential in the growth of Midland and modernization of Midland architecture. After his fathers passing, Todd formed Bennett Development and followed in his father's foot steps, developing major subdivisions with custom homes and creating unique commercial sites in the region. Todd has been the owner and operator of a number of businesses/franchises over the years, enabling his understanding of both sides of any project. Custom Homes were always a major part of the company, including models built in some of Midland's most prestigious subdivisions. He also had other builds on Houghton Lake and on the Saginaw Bay. Todd has spent a number of years vacationing in the Traverse City area with his wife and two children.  It was a natural fit when the opportunity came to continue building homes in the Traverse City area. Todd holds a Brokers License in Real Estate  and of course a Builders license. Todd brings a special rapport with all he encounters, creating an ease to any project. He looks forward to offering a quality building experience for his clients. Todd's experience and expertise will help to create a one-of-a-kind dream home for you and your family. ​

Todd and his daughter together are the Tbennett Construction team. They have a father and daughter dynamic with each other and great method of working together to get the job done and above all else keeping their customers happy. With over 50 years' experience Todd and his daughter are combining and can't wait to create more exceptional experiences for their customers.
